The shipping cost for order with less than 500 PLN amount, with the shipping address on the territory of the Republic of Poland is 15 PLN (prepayment). When it comes to cash on delivery (you will pay the carrier while parcel delivery) the shipping cost will be 20 PLN. Your parcel is insured.

The cost of delivery under 500 PLN amount with delivery in the aforementioned countries is 60 PLN. The only possible payment option is prepay.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Order processing takes from 1 to 10 working days (the suggested delivery time is indicated in the product description). This is the time needed to post the money and prepare the package. After the parcel will leave the warehouse (you will be informed about it via e-mail) the delivery takes 1 working day in Poland and up to 22 working days abroad.
Hereby the maximum delivery time to: Australia(22), Austria(5), Belgium(5), Brazil(13), Croatia(7), Denmark(5), Estonia(5), Finland(5), France(7), Greece(7), Spain(8), Holland(5), Ireland(5), Iceland(6), Canada(13) Lithuania(5), Luksembourg(5), Latvia(5), Malta(5), Germany(6), Norway(5), New Zeland(20) Portugal(7), Singapore(10) Slovakia(5), Slowenia(5), Switzerland(5), Sweden(5), Ukraine(7), USA(13), Hungary(5), Italy(7) and Great Britain(6). In brackets you can see the maximum time for delivery by our carrier to the given country. It is calculated per the working day. If the package has not arrived within the specified time, please contact us by e-mail to: email@example.com and we will be able to react, check where the package is located when necessary.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
Once the order is placed, the products are first collected in a warehouse and then transported to the courier sorting facility. When the parcel leaves the sorting house, the tracking function is activated. At this point you will receive an SMS with which you can find out what is your shipping number and on which from the below sites you can track the parcel:
Important! This function is not active immediately. It usually takes a few hours for the shipping number to start working.
WHAT IF I WAS NOT AT HOME WHILE DELIVERY?
In case the carrier could not find you at the provided delivery address, the parcel will be placed in the post office department from where you can personally go to collect it. The carrier is not obliged to leave a notification for you. When the delivery fails during the first time, the courier takes another delivery attempt. In the case you will be not available for the second time - the parcel is returned to our company address.
