How long do I have to make an exchange or the return ?
In our shop the returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The term is retained if you return the goods within 14 days. Sheila reserves the right to refuse receipts returned or sent after the expiration of the above mentioned period, or returns of the goods that are not in the same condition as they were dispatched.
What are the return costs if I would like to send the product back?
The only cost you will have to take for return is the cost of delivering the package to our company address SHEILA S.C , Pancernych 14, 64-100 Leszno, Poland.
How can I start the return?
-Each package sent by us contains the proof of purchase in the form of a receipt and an accompanying information form including a return form.
-You have to complete the return form, clearly stating your personal details, your order details and the account number on which you wish to receive your refund.
-If you are an account owner in our online shop - you can generate the return by your own and track the shipment until delivery to us.
-The goods packed in the original packaging together with the return form and proof of purchase must be returned to our company address.
If you were not be able / or have not received from us the a return form or the purchase document, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will send you the copiesof it. Within a month, you will receive the original proof of purchase and the return form by registered letter.
What is the procedure of returning the item ?
From the date we receive your refund and accept it, the company undertakes to transfer the cash within maximum 14 days time. The form of refund is only possible via bank transfer.
In which situation I cannot send the product back ?
Non-refundable items are: goods that were made for special order, goods bearing any signs of usage (including unpleasant odor - we are unable to resell the product)
How can I return the item if I am not the resident of the Republic of Poland ?
Sheila is an international company, therefore after providing us the needed documentation - we could arrange for you the return (on your expense).
Can I return the item that was exchanged before ?
Yes. The return procedure is the same as when the product has been returned for the first time.
How can I make a claim if I received a defective product?
The fastest way to make a complaint and to resolve the problem is to send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of the defect/problem or its origin as well as the picture.
Send us back the goods in the original packaging together with the return form and proof of purchase. The complaint will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the package.
Warning ! In the case of absence the appropriate documents listed above, ie a form, proof of purchase - the package will be returned immediately on your expense.
Which products cannot be returned ?
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains and scratches or material damage may be subject to refusal.
What are the terms for claim ?
Complaints could be against the products that have an original defects. Sheila reserves the right to respond to the consumer claim on the product defects for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the product. Sheila is liable for any physical defects that existed at the time they caused the danger to the customer or resulted the product being sold at the same time. What is the way to exchange the product ?
If you have ordered an item and have found out that it is going to be too small and you are interested in ordering a larger size, or if you want to replace the product to another, use the return procedure and order a new product. In SHEILA, the exchange of goods consists of returning the selected product and managing a new, separate order.
