What if I already have a shop account but cannot log in ?

There may be several reasons. Make sure you have correctly typed in your login and password. In this case do not use the settings that the browser has memorized. If you forgot your password click "password reminder" and the system will automatically send you an email asking you to reset your password. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Customer Service.

How long do I have to make a return ?

In our shop the returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to receive a refund for the returned goods ?

In our shop we have 14 days to return the money to the customer.

What is the procedure for returning the price difference ?

If you have purchased our product with a discount and now you have decided to return it, however in the meantime the same item has returned to it's regular price - we will not refund the difference between the discount price and the regular price.

How do I get a refund for returned goods if I have paid via PayPal?

Please refer to the PayPal refund policy.

Is it possible to exchange the product with another ?

In our shop there is a return procedure which says that the goods you want to exchange for another must be firstly returned and only then you can order the another one.

Do the articles with the term "out of stock" become supplied ?

If any item is currently out of stock, we will try to make it available as soon as possible. If it is not on the stock, we will withdraw it from our site.

Will I get the same product that I can see in the photo ?

Yes, all the photos refer to the actual image of the product.

Is it possible to receive Newsletter information at my email address with the latest news and offers from Sheila ?

Yes, just enter the "Newsletter" and you will receive our latest news.

Can I resign from Sheila's Newsletter?

What if I fotgot my password ?

If you forget your password, don’t panic, just select the "Log in" and we’ll send you an email explaining how to update it.

How can I make sure that the purchase process has been completed properly ?

After making an order you should receive an e-mail with confirmation. In the case you will not receive the e-mail - please check your Spam or contact us.

Can I check the status of my order ?

Yes, the only thing to get this information is to become logged in your account as a buyer.

Can I delete an article from my order?

Yes. You can remove these articles you do not want to buy from your shopping cart if your order is not yet processed.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes, you can cancel the order only on the condition that the order status allows this action.

What should I do when I received the item damaged ?

Sheila.pl sells only the goods with intact condition, however when it happens that you receive a damaged good, please contact us by e-mail or via phone.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

We’re really sorry that something’s gone wrong. If you have received a product that differs from the one your have ordered, then please contact us by e-mail or via telephone.

What should I do if I want to make a complaint against the received item?
